The service manager Steve has been taking care of me for years. He’s the best in the business and Wide World has been great. I’m not sure how other BMW dealerships operate but Wide World customer service and my sales guy Ben brought me back for my second 5 series purchase. That of course and an awesome car.


I took my Dad to get his car checked. Paul was very patient and kind. He expedited everything so I could arrive on time for my Dad's doctor's appointment. A video of the car check was also texted to me. The waiting area was inviting and clean. The employee who spoke Italian was very friendly and helpful.

The people are very nice and pleasant. My only issue was with the car wash. when I picked up my car, I could hardly see out the windshield with the glare from the way they washed it. The car wasn’t vacuumed and the wash was horrible. They were water spots all over it.



They are always nice and professional. They were flexible with my appointment and performed the work in the car while I waited.


Our first time using this dealership for service on our older BMW. We followed service advisor Paul from his previous position at another location. So glad that we took the chance. We found Paul and the other aspects of our experience to be right on target. My service experience with Wide World both in terms of my most recent extensive work due to a falling rock as well general maintenance work on both our vehicles has always exceeded our expectations. Wide world BMW service department is so very helpful and professional. Steven was exceptional. He went above and beyond my expectations. He made sure that I had a loaner, communicated all the phases for my car servicing and made sure that I was apprised of the status of my car. Only place I will go to take care of our automotive needs. Took care of the recall issue, replaced my tires, topped off fluids, conducted state inspection and installed front plate mounting. Car was cleaned and returned better than before I left it.

From the moment I contacted Andre to lease my new IX, the process was seamless and informative. He went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, at a fair price. Purchased a car here 4 years ago. Been using them for service since then. The Service Department is professionally and competently run and all Advisors are very courteous and helpful. Recent experience with Stephanie Lang. She checks all the boxes. Wonderful young lady. I felt confident she had my best interests in mind and my car received the care and attention it needed.
